Well T, I got to say that you out did yourself this
year. I really owe a tremendous amount of thanks to you for pushing and
guiding me through this incredible journey in 2005. From my mishaps in
the Mississauga marathon, you helped piece me back together and pull out
an impossible finishing time at the Waterfront marathon only 5months later.
Even when I bonked at Mississauga, you immediately went to task helping
me figure out ways to avoid a repeat performance. Thank you for everything,
you have no idea how happy and proud I am to call you my Coach.

Coach T Athlete since 2006
Canadian Duathlon Championships
Personal Best : 5km of 19:30 and 10km of 41:01
Currently Training for : The 2006 World Duathlon Championships and a Boston
marathon qualifying race effort
"I've completed several marathons and ultra marathons
but with the World Duathlon Championships so close to home this year,
I decided to make that my goal. I was always self-coached, but I had a
hard time switching gears to the shorter distances and finding the proper
balance of cycling and running on my own. After just a over a month training
with Coach T, I had a PB in the 5 Km and 10Km distances and more importantly
I was able to qualify for the National Age Group Duathlon team in only
my second ever duathlon! Teresa's wealth of experience in endurance and
multisport events was exactly what I needed to get to the next level."

“Instead of worrying about my race day for 9
months, I focused on the training plan that Coach T had built for me.
I knew that if I could tackle each day’s workout successfully, then
when race day arrived, I’d have no worries. Sure enough, I went
into my race confident and came out very pleased with my results.” |

You were an amazing coach Teresa, truly! You
did everything necessary to get me there, and then some! Your advice and
support thru all the problems with my foot and, of course, when my mom
died, really made a difference. I also credit you for letting me call
the shots on my running and what I thought I should and shouldn’t
do due to my foot issues. I appreciate you respecting my knowing my body
best. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! Keep doing what you’re doing and
your coaching success will continue.

First of all, I wanted to thank you so much for all the training that
you put me through to prepare me for IMC. The slow build was perfect and
I felt like I was in the best shape of my life when I woke up that morning.
IMC was the biggest day of my life, and your training helped me get through
every hurdle with ease. The training tips that you gave us based on your
personal experiences were priceless and I wouldn't have felt as confident
without them. Thank you.
